摘要：

本文根据一致性指标以及政策风险将监管类型划分为谨慎型监管、创新友好型监管、过渡型监管和强势型监管,并将Peter Van Gossum等(2010)的谨慎型监管框架拓展为创新友好型的政策分析框架,进而将其用于分析共享经济的监管实践。
