摘要：

考虑由一个供应商和一个零售商构成的供应链,其中市场需求是随机的且受到零售价格的影响,零售商在看到市场需求之前同时确定订货数量以及零售价格.已有的回购契约或者无法协调供应链,或者需要一定的费用执行契约,本文所提出的限制性回购契约能够避免这些不足,最后给出算例分析.
