脑梗死患者颈动脉内中膜厚度与踝臂指数的相关性

摘要：

目的探讨脑梗死患者颈动脉内中膜厚度(carotid intima-media thickness,CIMT)与踝臂指数(anklebrachial index,ABI)的相关性。方法对2011年7月—2012年4月在沈阳军区总医院住院的194例男性脑梗死患者进行CIMT及ABI测量,并记录年龄、高血压病、糖尿病、吸烟、饮酒史等危险因素。结果脑梗死患者CIMT与ABI呈负相关(P<0.01)。左颈总动脉内中膜厚度增厚是脑梗死的独立危险因素。结论脑梗死患者CIMT及ABI具有相关性,可用于筛查高危患者及预测脑血管病发生风险。
