摘要
脑卒中是世界上发病率、死亡率和致残率最高的疾病之一。microRNAs是一类小分子非编码RNA,它在转录后水平调节靶基因的表达。miR-155在血管免疫炎症、血脑屏障、高血压及动脉粥样硬化等方面有重要的调控作用,这也是脑卒中发病的病理生理基础,而且miR-155在缺血性脑卒中小鼠模型中的表达水平也有着显著的变化。本文将总结探讨miR-155在脑卒中发病机制方面的研究及其作用,探究其可能作为缺血性脑卒中潜在的分子标记及治疗靶标。
