摘要：

<正>世界卫生组织(WHO)调查结果显示,脑卒中年发患者数为900万,我国脑卒中发病率农村为185/10万,城市为219/10万,并以8.7%的年增长速率攀升。脑卒中已成为人类主要的致残原因,其不仅给患者带来极大危害,也给家庭和社会带来沉重的经济负担。据统计,缺血性脑卒中是最常见的脑卒中类型,占全部脑卒中的0.60～0.80。因此,缺血性脑卒中的预防有着重大的社会学和经济学意义。高血压是缺血性脑卒中的持续、独立的强预测因素。研究证实,降压治疗可显
