摘要：

基于EBSCO等数据库,以"m-government service(s)"和"mobile government service(s)"为关键词在摘要或标题中进行检索、筛选,共分析整理出52篇期刊论文和会议论文,作为研究样本。并进一步从顶层设计与公众需求、服务提供过程、服务绩效平等角度对样本文献的研究内容、研究方法进行了分析。从整体来看,移动公共服务一直以来受到持续关注,研究人员从不同视角对移动公共服务进行了研究,其研究经验和成果或许可以成为发展中国家,尤其是中国发展移动公共服务可借鉴的经验。
