互动导向与基于顾客的创新绩效间的关系研究

摘要
当前顾客需求呈现出多样化特征,顾客地位也发生了翻天覆地的变化,企业逐渐参与到与顾客进行共同创造价值的过程中。互动导向作为全新的战略导向,反映了企业与个体顾客互动的能力,对企业基于顾客的创新绩效有非常重要的影响。本文研究了互动导向与企业基于顾客的创新绩效的关系,同时考虑了企业内外部因素对这一过程的调节性影响,得出结论:顾客需求波动和适中的战略集中度都能帮助企业通过互动导向获得更好的基于顾客的创新绩效。
