摘要：

近年来信息系统外包高速增长,并成为许多企业的IT管理方式。通过总结现有文献中对信息系统外包成功的各种定义,讨论外包成功多方面的关键因素,包括管理学、社会学、外包项目运作等几个方面,并就国内外的相关研究进行对比。
