<正>自"中国急性缺血性卒中诊治指南2010"(简称新指南)于去年2月在中华神经科杂志发表以来,受到了全国广大医生的关注。在1年的推广使用过程中,我们收集到大量反馈意见,其中多数为积极肯定和有助于改进完善的建设性意见,也有对指南某些内容的提问或不理解的反馈。仔细阅读和归纳各方反馈意见,几个基本而实际的问题需要
