摘要：

近年来,中国多次爆发大面积的雾霾事件,雾霾对健康的影响引起了广泛的社会关注。PM2.5污染是导致雾霾的根本原因,从PM2.5及其化学成分对呼吸系统、心血管系统、癌症、生殖与神经系统的影响出发,简要回顾了近年来PM2.5及其成分与人体健康的研究现状,总结了雾霾健康危害的敏感人群,并对防护雾霾健康危害提出了若干建议。
