急性缺血性脑卒中患者动脉溶栓相关并发症的观察与护理

摘要：

总结6例缺血性脑卒中患者行动脉溶栓后的并发症观察及护理体会。通过密切观察患者的意识、瞳孔、肌力及头痛、恶心呕吐情况,警惕颅内压增高症状,同时监测血压、血糖,观察肢体有无疼痛、肿胀、浅静脉怒张等深静脉血栓形成,及时发现如脑出血、高血压或低血压、高血糖或低血糖、再灌注损伤、深静脉血栓形成等并发症,并予积极的护理配合。5例在预期时间转出监护室,在卒中单元治疗后症状好转出院;1例因病情恶化自动出院。
