杏芎氯化钠注射液对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及机制

摘要
研究杏芎氯化钠注射液对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响。将大鼠随机分为伪手术组、模型组、银杏内醋注射液组(3 mg/kg)、杏芎氯化钠注射液高(14 mg/kg)、低(7 mg/kg)剂量组,除伪手术组外其他大鼠均采用线栓法制备局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,尾静脉给药3d,检测大鼠脑神经功能学损伤程度、脑组织含水量、脑梗死面积、脑组织病理形态学改变及脑组织生化学指标。结果表明,与模型组比较,杏芎氯化钠注射液在7和14 mg/kg的剂量下能明显改善脑缺血再灌注所致的大鼠神经功能损伤,降低脑含水量、减小脑梗死面积;此外14 mg/kg杏芎氯化钠注射液剂量组能显著改善脑病理组织学改变,降低脑组织中H2O2,和丙二醛(MDA)含量,提高微量还原型谷肤甘肤(GSH)含量、谷肤甘肤过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力及抵抗超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基的能力。杏芎氯化钠注射液可提高脑组织抗氧化能力,明显改善大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤。
