摘要：

当突发事件发生时,企业独立进行应急管理常常会面临"高成本"与"资源可获得性"等问题,为此提出了在多个企业间建立协作机制的应急思路。具体而言,文章研究了针对突发事件的"横向"与"纵向"供应链协调的应急机制,以及面向应急主题的第三方应急协调策略。根据发生可能性和影响力两个特征维度,突发事件可划分为四种类型,探讨了上述应急机制分别适用的突发事件类型。文章提出的企业间应急协作机制拓展了现有的研究成果,对企业应急实践具有一定借鉴价值。
