摘要
异质性研究中的团队主要可以分为三类:工作团队、高管团队和创业团队,首先综述了三类团队异质性研究已有的理论成果,并指出了其发展的方向,然后对三者进行了横向的比较,并在最后做了相应的评价,提出未来可以对创业团队异质性作更多的实证研究。
