中国国有企业生产率变动趋势的实证分析——基于对769家国有企业跟踪调查样本的判断

摘要：

现有文献对我国改革以来国有企业生产率的变动趋势及幅度的判断存在分歧,有人认为经济改革使国有企业的生产率得到持续增长,有人认为其生产率增长至多为零。本文运用对769家国有企业1980-1999年间的调查数据,用时间参数法对样本企业的生产率长期变动趋势进行测定,发现除个别年份外样本企业的生产率一直保持增长态势,但与80年代相比90年代生产率增长的速度有所下降。并且不同规模的企业生产率水平和增长速度不同,尽管大中型企业比小型企业生产率水平高,但小规模企业的生产率增长速度要快于大中型企业。
