三七皂甙R1对HL-60细胞系体外诱导分化作用的初步研究

摘要：

光镜及电镜观察发现,经三七皂甙R180μg/ml处理 5日,可诱导68%的HL-60细胞分化,其中晚幼粒32％,杆状30％,分叶6％。证实了三七皂甙R2是HL-60细胞系的强诱导剂,可诱导HL-60细胞向中性粒细胞分化。3H-TdR掺入实验结果表明,三七皂甙R1在诱导HL-60细胞分化的同时,对细胞DNA和RNA的合成均有影响。与对照相比,48小时掺入抑制率3H-TdR为26.32％,3H-UR为18.57％（P<0.05）;72小时掺入抑制率分别为17.46％和21.76%（P<0.05）。
