开放式创新下的价值共创:理论回顾与拓展

摘要
本文基于2006—2012年的最新文献,反思和重新定位了开放式创新的内涵;进而,从价值共创角度出发,分析归纳了企业开放式创新的四层次影响因素——结构因素、技术因素、能力因素及文化因素,并分别从这四个方面对现有文献进行了总结和深化;在此基础上,探究了开放式创新下企业间价值共创的四条实现路径:组织变革、流程整合、能力协同与知识共创。本文对近期文献的总结和拓展,为进一步的理论探索提供了参考。
