摘要：

随着金融科技的快速发展,法定数字货币将成为各国未来的重要货币形式。与现行电子货币、纸币等相比,法定数字货币的运行体系将蕴含"条件触发机制"等大量的货币政策创新。中国法定数字货币的发行和流通宜采用"二元体系"。发行和流通法定数字货币将会对我国货币供给中的基础货币数量、现金通货、准备金数量、货币乘数、货币供给总规模产生显著影响,但存在不同的影响路径且在不同兑换模式中存在显著差异。法定数字货币也会冲击现有货币政策工具、货币政策中介指标,进而影响并改善我国货币政策传导的有效性。
