摘要：

近１０多年来，因相萃取作为试样预处理技术得到迅速的发展。评述了该技术的特点、装置、方法的建立、应用和前景。文中强调固相萃取在环境分析、药物分析等方面有广泛的应用前景，并总结了近年来固相萃取在药物分析中的应用。
