摘要：

政府支出和经济增长关系的文献包括理论和经验的。理论上的文献主要研究生产性的政府支出如何通过物质资本和人力资本对经济增长起作用,经验上则是通过横截面和时间序列数据研究二者的回归关系。本文通过对近20年来的文献进行综述,梳理出政府支出对于经济增长影响的脉络,以期对我国的公共产品理论和公共财政的研究提供一些有益的帮助。
