摘要：

商业模式创新一直是学术界研究的热点。国外学者取得了很多重要成果,但都缺乏进一步深入和细化。本文从创新要素、创新动力和创新路径三方面对商业模式创新的研究成果进行系统梳理、总结与评价,并对商业模式创新的研究方向提出了未来展望。
