摘要
文章立足于信息技术日益发达的今天,价值共创的研究逐渐得到国内外学者的重视。在实践中,顾客参与企业在线社区共创价值已经成为创造价值的新趋势,一方面顾客可以参与企业生产过程中,另一方面企业可以通过共创过程识别顾客的潜在需求。文章基于已有的现实背景,立足于价值共创视角,以MIUI在线产品创新社区为情境,探讨了在线产品创新社区共创环境,以及在线产品创新社区的主要参与主体间是如何共创价值的。
