摘要：

与传统的技术利用型对外直接投资(FDI)相对应的,以获取东道国更为先进的智力要素、技术、信息等资源为目标,以提升企业技术竞争力为宗旨的跨境资本输出行为被称为技术获取型FDI。技术获取型FDI将会产生对投资母国的技术溢出效应,这种技术溢出与传统研究中FDI母国对东道国技术溢出效应的方向恰恰相反,因此称之为FDI逆向技术溢出效应。有关FDI逆向技术溢出效应的研究认为,获取逆向技术溢出已成为企业进行FDI的重要动因,并且FDI逆向技术溢出效应具有提高母国全国、产业或企业的全要素生产率的作用。
