摘要：

<正>嗜铬粒蛋白A(chromogranin A,CGA)是一个48kD的酸性、亲水性分泌蛋白,位于神经内分泌细胞的嗜铬性颗粒内。CGA最初在肾上腺的嗜铬粒细胞的分泌颗粒中被发现。在肾上腺髓质嗜铬粒颗粒中,其与儿茶酚胺及钙等是共分泌的。
