摘要：

如何界定当前的国际体系?这一体系对中国的安全构成哪些影响?中国应当如何应对?这些都是中国学术界和外交界十分关心的问题。本文认为:当前的国际体系是单极体系,在所有国际体系中,单极体系对崛起国家构成的挑战最大;作为崛起国家,中国有必要客观认识自身的处境,并采取有效措施应对单极体系对中国国家安全的挑战。
