外部知识获取、新产品开发与企业绩效关系的实证研究

摘要
面对当前动荡激烈的竞争环境,企业不得不考虑如何有效地从外部获取知识,并应用于新产品开发,从而提高企业的整体绩效水平.通过在全国范围内对226家企业的调研,引入新产品开发这一中介变量,试图对外部知识获取和企业绩效间的关系进行实证研究.结果表明外部知识获取可以通过新产品开发的中介效应对企业绩效产生影响.
