摘要：

不同条件下的技术创新对于垄断市场结构的作用机制不同在确定性条件下,在位垄断企业通过加大技术创新投入,获取先占专利,形成对潜在进入者的可置信威胁,保持垄断地位;在不确定性条件下,在位垄断企业实现技术“自我替代”的成本增加,创新动力减弱,潜在进入者将通过高于在位企业的技术创新投入进入垄断市场,从而打破垄断市场结构。因此,增加科技投入,鼓励技术创新,有利于形成有效竞争,优化市场结构。
