摘要：

责任型领导是近年来出现的一个新型的领导理论,它融合了社会责任和领导两个截然不同的研究领域。从理论上来看,责任型领导来自于领导伦理学、发展心理学、精神分析学、利益相关者理论和系统理论等方面的研究,目的在于考察和理解领导者和利益相关者之间的动态过程。责任型领导从多方面弥补了目前现存领导理论和研究框架的不足。
