<正> 一、引言在过去的20年间,金融体系的整体发展水平及其内部结构状况与经济增长之间的关系是国外经济学家关注的焦点之一。20世纪80年代初期,新古典经济学家开始引入信息不对称和交易成本,大量的理论模型研究表明,金融中介体或金融市场的形成及演进对减轻市场摩擦、促进资源的有效配置产生了积极的影响,但是,这些理论研究并没有就金融中介体和金融市场在经济增长中的作用的相对
