摘要：

<正>我国高血压人群日益增长,治疗率和控制率还很低,这种状况令人关注。虽然噻嗪类利尿剂是循证证据最为丰富的抗高血压药物,但是2010年发表的中国门诊高血压患者治疗现状登记调查研究报告却表明,我国三甲医院门诊高血压患者的利尿剂使用率仅为10%,居各类降压药物的末位[1]。血压水平的维持由多个系统共同参与调节。作用于一个调节机制的药物,往往会造成其他血压调节系
