摘要：

脑梗死的病死率及致残率高,给患者和家庭造成了极大的危害。早期再灌注治疗能显著改善急性脑卒中患者的预后。研究表明,依靠病理生理窗而不是单纯的时间窗来选择患者,将更能使脑卒中患者受益。联合动静脉溶栓使血管再通是可行的,并且相对比较安全。rt-PA是目前唯一被美国FDA批准用于治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的溶栓药物。颅内出血是溶栓治疗最严重的并发症之一。
