摘要：

动态能力是系统集成开发商实现复杂产品系统创新的关键能力.为构建复杂产品系统创新的动态能力维度,运用探索性案例研究方法,对中国北车集团大连机车车辆有限公司的产品创新进行了探索性案例研究.研究发现:复杂产品系统创新的动态能力由三个维度以及六个子维度组成,具体包括:客户导向的感知能力(政策搜索和高管社会资本)、多组织协同的控制能力(集成创新管理和自我组织网络)、交互学习能力(技术获取和知识吸收).
