摘要：

文章使用制度分析和实证分析的方法,从权威性、独立性、廉洁性和专业性四个维度,剖析了中国共产党纪律检查机关在改革时期的制度变迁。基于省纪委书记职业背景的实证研究表明,纪委的权威性、独立性和专业性在改革时期有了明显的发展,廉洁性也保持在一个较高的水准。这是中国近年来反腐败工作取得明显成效的重要原因。在此基础上,文章分析了纪委和检察机关以及党委之间的关系,并对未来的改革方向进行了初步的探讨。
