考虑性能可靠度约束的维修决策模型

摘要
针对劣化状态可检测且性能可靠度受限的单设备生产系统,采用视情维修策略,以检测周期和预防性维修阈值为决策变量,引入性能可靠度约束,以长期平均维修费用率最小为目标建立了随机规划模型。通过数值仿真实验,比较了在无性能可靠度约束和有性能可靠度约束两种情况下,模型中各项参数的变化对优化结果和最优解所对应的性能可靠度的影响。结果表明,维修决策模型中考虑性能可靠度约束是有必要的,而且性能可靠度阈值下界的取值在一定范围内,还可以在保证设备有高性能可靠度的同时,使长期平均维修费用率的增长很小。
