摘要：

研究了电力市场的发电和输电中期规划模式。根据中国电力市场和电网结构的特点,提出了节点输电电价和建立当地电价系统的建议;推荐采用“统一规划、发电投标决策”和“参考规划、发电自主决策”规划模式协调输电和发电规划。
