<正>Leopold等把摄食-吞咽过程以食团位置分为认知期、准备期、口腔期、咽喉期和食管期5个阶段。对于吞咽障碍的患者,多集中于口腔期及咽喉期。对于认知期的障碍几乎没有关注。它的影响因素有认知能力、行为能力、情感控制功能等,老龄化和头部损伤时这些功能容易受损。本研究旨在关注高龄急性脑血管病入院患者不同时期的进食困难及相关
