摘要：

《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法修正案(草案)》第16条引入了"排除合理怀疑"的表述,意味着"排除合理怀疑"很可能会成为我国刑事诉讼证明标准的一部分。本文梳理了英美法系国家排除合理怀疑标准的起源与发展,分析了排除合理怀疑的基本特征与内在要求,并结合我国司法实际探讨了排除合理怀疑证明标准的引入与我国刑事诉讼证明标准完善等重要问题。
