消栓肠溶胶囊加茴拉西坦治疗对脑梗死康复期患者脑血流灌注、神经功能的影响

摘要
目的:探讨消栓肠溶胶囊加茴拉西坦治疗对脑梗死康复期患者脑血流灌注、神经功能的影响。方法:177例脑梗死康复期患者,回顾康复期治疗方案并分为对照组(n=109)、消栓肠溶胶囊组(n=68)。对照组在常规治疗基础上加入茴拉西坦治疗,消栓肠溶胶囊组在常规治疗基础上加入消栓肠溶胶囊加茴拉西坦治疗。对比两组超声脑血流灌注参数水平,血清神经营养指标、神经损伤指标含量的差异。结果:治疗前,两组超声脑血流灌注参数水平,血清神经营养指标、神经损伤指标含量的差异无统计学意义。治疗后,消栓肠溶胶囊组超声脑血流灌注参数PSV、TMV的水平高于对照组,RI的水平低于对照组;血清中神经营养指标bFGF、BDNF、VEGF的含量高于对照组;血清中神经损伤指标GFAP、NSE、UCH-L1、S100B的含量低于对照组。结论:脑梗死康复期患者接受消栓肠溶胶囊加茴拉西坦治疗,可显著增加脑血流灌注并优化神经功能。
