经济增长对中国地方政府规模的影响:Wagner法则的有效性检验

摘要：

本文利用中国1995-2004年28个省、直辖市或自治区的面板数据,检验了政府活动不断扩张的Wagner法则。研究发现,随着实际人均GDP的提高,我国地方政府规模也随之扩大,中国经济增长与地方政府规模之间的关系,有力地支持了Wagner法则的有效性。
