摘要：

<正> 近年来缺血性脑血管病介入治疗方面取得了丰硕的成果,支架、动脉溶栓、机械取栓等血管内介入治疗技术在缺血性脑血管病防治方面已飞速发展,出现了大量临床病例研究和随机对照研究。本文对颈动脉支架术(CAS)、颅内动脉粥样硬化狭窄支架治疗、急性缺血性卒中的动脉溶栓和机械取栓治疗等方面的研究新进展作一综述。
