失语症工作记忆研究进展

摘要
失语症是以语言功能受损为主要表现,工作记忆系统保留与否对语言加工非常重要。近年来研究表明,失语症患者工作记忆的缺陷会导致语言加工困难。本文首先阐述工作记忆的脑部定位,然后介绍评估失语症患者工作记忆的方法及失语症患者语言加工和工作记忆之间关系的研究,并提出需要进一步解决的问题。
