企业社会责任行为对员工工作绩效影响的跨层分析

摘要
本研究以员工为切入点,希望通过对企业社会责任行为与员工工作绩效关系及其影响机制的研究,尝试从企业价值创造的内在过程解开企业社会责任绩效与企业财务绩效之间的关系之谜。本文运用多层线性模型方法,通过对广东地区91家制造业企业的管理层和员工的问卷数据的分析,我们发现企业的社会责任行为能显著影响企业员工的工作绩效;同时我们还验证了企业与员工的关系质量在其中所起到的中介作用,从而直接和间接的证明了企业社会责任行为对利益相关方行为的影响至少可以通过交换和感召两种机制得以实现。
