摘要：

新一轮国际产业转移浪潮正以一种前所未有的力量改变着世界经济格局,与以往基于产业间分工和产业内分工的国际产业转移不同,新一轮国际产业转移以产品内分工为基础。在此背景下,产业转移的特征、动因出现了新的变化,本文通过文献梳理对此进行了归纳,并揭示了其进一步的发展趋势。
