摘要：

任何企业在实施管理信息系统的时候都有可能面临系统与组织不接轨的问题。本文通过案例研究,深度解析一个企业资源计划(ERP)系统从近乎失败到圆满成功的实施过程,从中归纳出不接轨和调适的丰富内涵及其动态演变机制,并建构出既有现象解释力,又有理论抽象性的过程模型。主要结论包括:信息系统与组织的不接轨可以通过在实施氛围、认知、技术和组织4个方面的调整和适应过程来消除。这4个方面既不是完全孤立的,也不是分阶段依次进行的,而是交织在项目实施的动态过程中。任何一方面没做好,都不利于不接轨的消除。强有力的氛围调适有助于解决组织成员在认知上的不接轨,进而尽早准确识别各种技术不接轨,再通过技术和组织调适最终实现系统和组织的有效接轨。
