摘要：
The article introduces factor analysis of multivariate statistical analysis to appraise the development status of R&D in china districts and its promotive effect on economy development,and finds out the reason why the development of R&D is different in different clusters,then puts forward some developing countermeasure to improve the R&D in China districts.
