退休会影响健康吗?

摘要：

本文使用2005年1%全国人口抽样调查数据,利用中国退休制度对人们退休决定的外生冲击以及断点回归设计研究了退休(指永久性离开劳动力市场)对人们健康状况的影响。我们发现在正常退休年龄退休对男性健康有显著的负面影响,对女性则没有影响,而提前退休对男性和女性的健康都没有影响。由于提前退休多是自愿发生的,而正常退休则是强制性的,我们的研究表明,在设计退休制度时,应该给劳动者一定的选择退休年龄的灵活性。
