生态创新、资源获取与组织绩效——来自浙江省中小企业的实证研究

摘要
本研究以浙江省101家中小企业为样本,从合法性理论视角考察了资源获取对生态创新与组织绩效的中介作用。主要结论如下:第一,生态工艺和管理创新对资源获取具有显著正向影响。第二,资源获取对组织绩效具有显著正向影响。第三,资源获取是生态工艺创新与组织绩效之间的部分中介,是生态管理创新与组织绩效之间的完全中介。
