摘要：

2008年国际金融危机显示了金融风险累积、爆发和传导机制的新特征,表明国际金融体系正在变化。完善国际金融体系是治理金融风险的前提。本文在归纳国际金融体系演变及其规律的基础上,提出当代国际金融体系应当关注美元地位不稳、金融集中化、金融活跃和风险并行等方面;并重点分析了储备货币安排、宏观政策管理、金融市场风险等方面的前景。最后,对完善国际金融治理体系,特别是新兴经济体积极发挥作用提出了展望。
