炎症是缺血性脑卒中的本质。对这一命题进行深入的理性认识,将使我们在缺血性脑卒中的防治上颠覆传统上一直认为的抗血小板聚集、抗凝及降纤治疗理论。作为一种学术争鸣,这将为脑医学科学界注入崭新的"血液"。
