缺血性脑卒中住院患者914例临床分析

摘要：

目的了解2005年、2008年、2011年住院的缺血性脑卒中患者Essen卒中风险评分量表(ESRS)评分分布情况。方法对北京市隆福医院2005年、2008年及2011年记录完整的914例缺血性卒中患者资料进行回顾性研究。对ESRS评分、高危因素等数据进行统计与分析。结果在住院的缺血性脑卒中患者中ESRS评分呈上升趋势(P<0.001),ESRS评分3分～9分的高危人群呈增加趋势(P<0.001)。结论缺血性卒中患者呈逐年增加趋势,危险因素越来越多、复发率越来越高。对于缺血性脑卒中的一级、二级预防应引起的重视。
